but, I'm guessing you want an actual answer. I'm not that old enough to have gone through enough experiences to tell you this but, I can tell you these things:
what is life? well, life is a beautiful lie while death is a terrible truth. It's a given fact that we are all born and that we must all die one day. what no one tells is that there's an in between phase from going to death from life. the way I see is that you experience moments. moments that are created by you and others and you live them because you don't know when they'll blow away like a breath of air. you will get hurt while you experience. you will feel angry at some people or maybe the world as well. you will feel a lot of emotions as well as these ones. but, what you will accomplish in these moments is creating something that is for you only.
as for why is life? each of us are born for a purpose. there's a reason I believe that we were born human. appreciate this fact. we can do so many things yet we don't know so many things as well. It feels so worthless sometimes to be in existence I know and it feels pointless as well. life has been given to us, that is why we breathe. we are here to live a purpose. it's your job to find that purpose. that purpose could be to help someone greatly, to have your book become a bestseller, to impact others by your craft..it can be anything really. it's your job to find that 'purpose' and to live for it.
I don't know if any of this made any sense and I apologize if this hurt you but, I hope this sorta answers your questions ahahha. and again, this is just my opinion.
