gender dysphoria coping tips? I posted an ask on instagram too but I’m at a loss… afab but genderfluid… due to reasons I can’t present male in front of some people or at work… what to do when I’m feeling masc/ftm but can’t affirm it in those times? If anyone can help or knows resources or anything that’s even worked for other people they know anything you can offer is appreciated

@soki_kun I feel you, I’m also genderfluid but I’m small chested and have a binder though I do not use it a lot. I recommend the jaw above everything, it’ll help you when you look at the mirror and clearly see the difference!

@Justignoreme056 yeah my tits are definitely not small I use the hoodies and beanies a lot but the eyeshadow might be a really good idea. I usually thicken up my eyebrows on masc days but maybe I should look at doing eyes on those days too

@soki_kun I recommend a loose hoodie, a beany hiding part of your hair with it, more masc-like contour meaning a bit of shading at the temples, cheekbones, upper lip and accentuating your jaw. Darker eyeshadow on the top of your eyelid may help too. Sports bra also help if you have a small chest, but if you’re big breasted a loose hoodie will be your best friend, neutral shade sweaters, looser pants, boots etc may help!

Hi loves. I can’t come out to a lot of people in my life about this, but I’ve known for a while that I’m gender-fluid. I can’t describe feeling like a gay man and a lesbian woman stuck in one body. It’s been really hard for me coming to terms with this and realizing I’m not just super into mlm or wlw. I want to thank everyone for loving me and my work and I know this is off topic from what I normally post on here… but I just need to tell someone besides the like three people in my life who know. @soki_kun Hi soki! I know exactly what you feel, I am also Genderfluid but bi, so i know your struggle. What I recommend is that if you have a friends house where you can put the address for a binder buy it, it makes some days so much better, and if you can cut your hair or smt, tie some parts up, it’ll be ok as long as you feel comfortable. I know what you are going thru and it’s hard but there’s always someone at your corner if you need them. Hope everything solves itself, much love, a stranger!
