umbriel's comment caught sebastian off guard as a light flush of pink was painted onto features〝  h-hey,  don't stare at me like that.. ＂ this must be what it felt like to be on the receiving end of such affection instead of being the one to give such compliments to the blond like she usually did〝  how did you honestly put up with my antics if this is already enough to get me flustered? ＂

〝  no,  you don't have to stop.  it's fine ＂ he replied back with a chuckle while patting umbriel's head before a smug smirk made its way onto features〝  and i guess that means all those workouts i've been doing are paying off huh? ＂

〝  alright you little rascal,  no more biting for you ＂ he said with an amused snort before using his other arm to pick up umbriel by the scruff of his collar as if he was a cat〝  you keep on doing that and i'll have no choice but to charge you a fee for every bite ＂

" ⠀a mischievous grin settles,  yet covered by the man's arm where umbriel ensued⸺this time,  it was harder.  it wasn't just the cuteness aggression,  perhaps..  it also came from his changeling instincts.

〝  alright,  alright.  i'll take a break for now then ＂ a lighthearted sigh came from the ravenette as he turned to fully face the fatuu with a chuckle〝  though,  i'm not a piece of food for you to eat shortcake- ＂

〝  but i like watching you sleep like this.  not in a creepy way i mean- ＂ the last part of his sentence was quickly added as if trying to not make himself sound weird,  a faint blush being visible on features due to his slight embarrassment〝  it just puts me at ease seeing you're able to get some rest like this.  you work so hard after all,  you deserve to be all comfy ＂

the ravenette smiled at the fatuu who was comfortably laying against his chest,  his fingers gently combing through the other's hair in the process〝  i don't plan on moving anytime soon,  so go ahead and get some rest okay﹖ ＂ he suggested,  a kiss being placed onto umbriel's head after he spoke

〝  hehe,  you have no choice but to stay like this if you wanna keep warm~﹗ ＂ he said before his own arms wrapped themselves around umbriel's frame,  his actions shortly after being followed by his onslaught of sudden kisses〝  you're so cute,  acting as if you're grumpy with that frown of your's~  i have no choice but to kiss it away﹗ ＂ the ravenette proclaimed before focusing his affection onto the blond's face

sebastian took ahold of umbriel's hands once they were close enough before slipping them underneath the hem of his shirt to rest along his waist.  a small shiver coursed through his body once the other's hands came in contact with his skin,  but he still smiled proudly as he looked at the fatuu〝  there,  now they'll stay all warm like this﹗ ＂

〝  oh please,  you love me too much to do that~ ＂ came his teasing response while softly squishing at umbriel's cheeks〝  you're too cute not to tease shortcake,  just like a little grumpy cat ＂ the ravenette reasoned,  his gaze visibly softening as he stared at the shorter blond
