〝  i win~ ＂ the ravenette happily said while littering victorious kisses along umbriel's face as he seemed to purr in delight at seeing the other's squirming finally stop〝  let's just stay in bed all day ＂

〝  then i'm not letting you go ＂ the ravenette stubbornly rasped due to still being tired as he continued to cling onto the fatuu.  he seemed to have comfortable suggled himself against the other as his arms remained wrapped securely around umbriel's waist

〝  awe,  the compliment's appreciated﹗ ＂ he cooed while lightly pinching the other's flushed cheek

the ravenette's eyes lightly rolled at hearing the other's request〝  sorry,  but i'm off the menu until after dinner ＂ he teasingly replied back before lifting one of the cooled off bacon strips and lightly pressed it against umbriel's lips〝  now do you want it to be more crunchy or chewy﹖ ＂

sebastian couldn't help but snort aloud in amusement at umbriel's method of clinging onto him.  his hands promptly let go of the other once he was sure the fatuu remained secure before going back to making the both of them breakfast〝  yes sir.  would his majesty like some pancakes along with bacon﹖ ＂ he jokingly questioned

with a smile,  the ravenette took off his coat and placed it over umbriel's head as if it was supposed to act as some sort of cloak.  well,  it actually made the blond look even smaller than he already was taken how oversized sebastian's coat was on him,  but it's the thought that counts in the end right﹖〝  not if they don't notice you~ ＂

〝  me hiding you from those colleagues of yours would honestly be easier than hiding myself ＂ he replied while eyeing the two fatui that stood not too far away from them

[  ∙∙∙  ]   it must have been such a traumatic nightmare..   about him.⠀ "  i'm never leaving your side,  basti.  "⠀ he leans over and kisses his cheek,   while hands promptly soothed his back.

the ravenette buried his face against umbriel's neck as if trying to hide himself from the world.  his breathing slightly shaky as he tried calming down before speaking〝  . . . you're already doing enough by being here.  just,  don't leave me alone  . .  please-＂

@meronty ｜⠀  "⠀mhm...  but everything's fine,  i'm right here with you.⠀"   these dreams he has been having is becoming frequent  ..  and umbriel can't help but wonder why.   has he been stressing over such things?   he's not entirely sure.
            
            his fingers clutches to the fabric of his cloth,  the embrace tightening from a protective nature.   "⠀i really wish i could just erase those awful dreams..   i'm not used to seeing you like this.   [..]   sorry.⠀"   thus a hand pats over his back.

〝  you'll be taking a small break to relax right now ＂ sebastian said before promptly carrying umbriel in his arms with a smile〝  so you just don't think about doing any work okay﹖ ＂

@meronty ｜⠀  "⠀yeah,  and a bit of unfinished work..  's fine though.  it's not like the first time i've had this kind of problem.⠀"

〝  you sure you're only just tired﹖  you should've told me sooner if you're having trouble sleeping ＂

〝  these 'consequences' of yours aren't too bad ＂ he said before carefully guiding the other,  despite his uncomfortable position,  towards the living room couch so he could properly sit down.  sebastian then gently pulled the blond down so the fatuu was set upon his lap〝  there,  that's much better ＂ a sigh of relief was made at being able to relax,  his head tilting back in favor to settling against the headrest

@meronty ｜⠀  "⠀what does it look like to you dummy?⠀"   his grasp tightens..  not so hard however.   "⠀you gave me an idea,  this is your fault..  now you will suffer for the consequences.⠀"   an empty threat to his words,  merely for their own amusement really.   umbriel──..  he can't think straight,   it may just be the likelihood of the alcohol to make him act in such a perplexing manner.

〝  oh noooo,  whatever shall i do﹖ ＂ he playfully said with a smile as his hands moved to rest along the inebriated fatuu's waist,  worried that the way umbriel slumped would make them both fall.  but even still,  his gaze remained soft on the other in his arms〝  shortcake,  what are you up to hm﹖ ＂

〝  awe,  you sound like a lovesick puppy~ ＂  sebastian couldn't help but tease as his hands idly rest along umbriel's waist,  his fingers lightly drumming against the other's figure〝  next thing i know you'll end up saying how much you love someone as handsome and good-looking as me﹗ ＂

@meronty ｜⠀  "⠀damn you...  i don't fucking care.  any second with you is important to me,  okay?⠀"   madly flushed,  his teeth grit together out of embarrassment—  he couldn't even bring himself to look..  given how utterly flustered he had gotten after admitting that.   even so,   he kept the embrace for awhile longer.

〝  you're exaggerating.  i wasn't gone for that long umbri ＂ the ravenette replied with a laugh as he buried his face against the top of umbriel's head.  he had only been gone for work for only a few days.  maybe that's what the other had meant.  but sebastian didn't bother commenting seeing how the fatuu was acting,  the bounty hunter in turn melting against his hold
