So uh... I have no idea how you found my page, but hello! My name's Lucia (she/her), and I'm an amateur writer. Now, I don't mean the colloquial definition of "amateur" as in "a person who is incompetent or inept at a particular activity" (Google); I don't think I'm *that* bad. What I mean is the word "amateur" that comes from the Latin verb "amāre", meaning "to love". I write for the love of it, no matter how good or bad the product is. That's really what all art should be about.
That became a tangent real fast. Anyways.
Contrary to what my username might suggest, I'm not a native Italian. I've lived in the United States my entire life. However, I'm proud of the Italian culture I come from, no matter how distant. I've even begun to learn the language, but I'll spare you a broken, sad attempt. Maybe I'll subject you to that one day. Right now, though, I'm just not that cruel.
As I write this, I'm only in one fandom (mostly because I'm a high school student and really don't have time for more than one): Star Trek. I don't know why I love it so much, but it's stuck with me for six years now, ever since I was ten. I even used to have a whole Tumblr account dedicated to it (@the-star-trek-times).
Here are some of my other socials (I'll update this):
Twitter: @someitaliannerd
Instagram: (public account coming soon)
Quotev: @someitalianwriter
Tumblr: @someitalianwriter
Fanfiction.net: @someitalianwriter
I'm 99% sure that's all I wanted to say. :)
