They hold 4 people and have 8 wheels. 8+4 is 12. There are 12 inches in a ruler. Queen Elizabeth was a ruler. Queen Elizabeth was also a ship. Ships sail the seas. Seas have fish. Fish have fins. Fins fought the Russians. Russians are red. And Firetrucks are always Russian around. :P
