How do you know you went too far with sharing?
          	
          	How do you when you shared too little?
          	
          	What do you do when you try to express your feelings and someone gets upset on how you express yourself?

Hey y’all
          So I’m not dead
          Just taking a break from social media and all that to help my mental health 
          My therapist said he thought I need to be writing more about my emotions and what sets off my anxiety so I guess tonight’s my first day trying to write down things.

Can’t ever seem to do anything right for anyone
          
          This empty/numb feeling in my chest won’t go away no matter what I try to do. 
          
          People think they can help get rid of it but what they don’t know is that I’ve tried getting rid of it for years and it hasn’t gone away

I can’t sleep at the moment
          
          It’s just one of those nights I guess 
          
          I won’t even turn the announcements on for you guys so it won’t bother you. 
          
          I got soft music playing but it’s not helpful. Maybe I’ll do some meditation to ease the thoughts in my mind.
