okay so i was reading this book a while ago and i lost it and i can’t find it, the plot was basically a lost/missing/taken mafia daughter and she got sent to a hospital and they called her bio family and they came to see her and she has a boyfriend who is also in the mafia (different mafia then her familys) and her “uncles” are in the russian mafia. she doesn’t know that they are in the mafia but they tell her close to the beginning
i think the boyfriends name is romano but i could be wrong. she also has brothers a lot of them
