Ella Maria-O'Connor , or Lorde, the kiwi singing queen , walked down from her stage towards me. I was sitting right in front of everyone else at the concert, and suddenly felt relieved that she could see me . As Lorde came closer, her curly hair flowing around her shoulders , I froze.she was coming towards ME. I had never been more nervous in my entire life . Suddenly, Lorde stopped right next to me , bent down and whispered , “I could hear you singing in the crowd and I must say, you've got massive talent. What’s your name ?”
She wants to know my name ! Quick , I thought. Say something, anything ; your idol's standing right in front of you , and you can’t remember your own name.
“Maddi ,” I blurted out . “ Maddi Collins.”
Maddisen Collins has a voice that knows no bounds , silencing crowds and wooing audiences, so she thinks she has a pretty good shot in the music world , and dreams of one day becoming a star. For a while it stays that way, a dream , but when Lorde, Maddisen's idol , appears out of nowhere and amazes everyone around the globe , that dream changes into the possible reality she been waiting for .
