After Voldemort killed Lily and James and tries to kill Harry, he realizes he can’t. He can’t touch him nor harm him. What does he do? Call some Death Eater to grab Harry and throw him across the room Muggle-Style and bam. He’s dead. Voldemort rules the Wizarding World and no one can do anything about it.
