hey lovelies, i just wanted to update you all on my status here. i won't lie, i have been slow playing about this due to me being on edge about my decisions, but i feel solid about them now. 
          
          some of you all may be wondering where my QUIET STORM novel is. i unpublished it last month & it is NOT coming back anytime soon. why? for one, i definitely started to feel like i was continuing the sequel for the wrong reasons. i don't want to write out of validation for others and it feeling like a need. it was feeling like that for me, as i fixated on the amounts of views, comments, and votes i was getting. writing started not being for me, & it that's something i don't want to fall into! 
          
          it takes me to my 2nd reason of my choice in casting. particularly using CB. i have outgrown him entirely.  i know half of my following are here because of that solely, but i have to be real. the stories i want to tell now no longer align with using him as a FC & continuing to do so would feel more like chasing familiarity and validation than creating from a genuine place. 
          
          that's not to say i won't read books with him in it, i would be stripping myself of good opportunity lol. but as far as MY own craft goes, i’m moving on.
          
          if you’ve been here since day 1, then the same reasoning goes for my first book TEMPTATION. perhaps i can circle back to that story & QUIET STORM when my heart is in it. definitely will be some revamping IF they do return.
          
          now to where i am currently at. my heart is with BELL VOUEX, and i am in progress of finishing up ACT III. i know it feels like i have abandoned it altogether, but that's not the case at all. the story itself has gone through some renovations, so that's to call for its slow updates— but it's coming along just how i envisioned & i ❤️ it because this story is truly my passion project! i really can't wait to have it all finished for you guys to enjoy. i appreciate everyone's patience, especially the ones who are down with the book fr! 
          

i can't wait till documentaries start rolling out about parasociality. cause my god…
