 Happy Canada’s Day  to my fellow Canadians! It’s technically a minute or two late, and no longer July 1st, but it’s been a busy day.
          
          It’s funny, because I’m usually in the capitol for celebrations, but this year I didn’t think I’d be able to attend. And now, with the pandemic, we definitely couldn’t. It hurt all the same, but we made the best of today. Spent most of the day on Lake Huron, and then came home to do fireworks in the driveway. It was amazing. I hope you all made the best of it!

I’m really, really, really bummed today, guys.
          
          Today, I had floor tickets to see Niall & Lewis. It’s the second time I’ve had Niall tickets and not gotten to see him.
          
          It’s also the day that Sad Summer Fest was postponed until summer 2021. I am grateful it was postponed and not cancelled. But it still sucks.
          
          The next ones up are Louis and Harry.
          
          I am bummed.
          
          However, a good friend of mine, the one who I was seeing Niall with, showed up today and did a mini 6-foot distance concert in the driveway. She brought chairs and everything. It was incredible. And I’m so, so, thankful for her. Because today sucks. But she did everything she could to make it unsuck. She’s gone now, and I’m sad again.
          
          I’m partying alone in a pool full of self pity.
          
          Is 2020 over yet?
