          I apologize for not updating Next To Me for a while. I’ve been preparing for exams for the past month, which required me to pivot my attention away from updates here. I promise I will update soon, I’ve been working on the next chapter in the random small amounts of free time I have! Thank you for being so supportive and so patient Mother is cooking and you will be fed in due time.

          I’ve unpublished most chapters from Next To Me however I will be republishing them soon! I just thought it would be more coherent for the reader since I’ve changed some of the plot lines in the beginning chapters! 
          
          I’m sorry for anyone who was reading the story while I did this! I honestly didn’t realize people were still enjoying it so much. It’s a pleasure to see and I hope you enjoy the updates!

          Hi everyone! 
          
          Not sure how many of you are still here (if you are, you’re an OG) but I’m slowly coming back to this page!! I took an extra long hiatus during covid-19 to get my life together. But now I’m in a stage of life where I’m excited to revisit my old artistic passions, with one of them being writing! 
          
          I’m starting by editing the crap out of Next To Me, but writing any updates. Listen, I love that story, you love that story, but my writing style and ideas have changed in the last few years (hopefully for the better). I will be adding a note at the beginning of the chapter I’m currently working on if anyone is interested/wants to keep up to date with the updates. The biggest changes I foresee is (1) more of a slow burn with Katsuki and more shared focus with other male characters, and; (2) completely re-writing the lore behind (Y/n)’s home situation to be an original story/idea. 
          
          I’m really excited tho to add more updates to both of my books as I’ve felt really inspired recently!! Thank you for still being here or for coming back :)
