            K when it comes to offside, the goalie is considered a defender and USUALLY the last defender unless they’re out of net for wtv reason
            
            But the attacker cannot be past the second to last defender at the time the ball is PASSED to them, not when they receive it. Hands and arms don’t count, only things you can score w (feet, body, head)
            
            So basically the attacker can’t be closer to the goal line than the ball and second last defender is
