im literally always so scared for my friends in america. hope u guys are safe as much as u can be under this political climate. US needed a revolution like yesterday. pull a france, bangladesh, nepal, use ur self defense rights (im very anti-guns I swear but....) and "free speech" rights (in safe ways) and hold billionaires and politicians accountable. It's gotten to a point where not even cishet white men are safe. Renee Good, the woman ICE m^rderd, was a white woman, and a doctor, white male, tried to help her but he was threatened ro be sh0t too. Nobody is safe anymore. And if we weren't so terrified for our wellbeing, we probably would be like the french, but it's truly starting to look like 1940s germany all over again

@sourmuse as an american, i realize i am incredibly privileged (cishet-passing, not diagnosed with anything that could be used against me, white), but it is TERRIFYING out here. i’ve actually moved back more into the city bc it’s much safer than the smallish town where i used to live (it’s overrun with maga </3) and it’s more convenient but im just SO scared. there are people on the bridges over the highway protesting for and against ice and it’s so good to see ppl making a difference. anyways idk if any of that made sense but the second i’m an adult (since trump will still be in office <//////////3) i’m gonna be going to as many protests as i can, fighting back every way i can bc this is so wrong in so many ways

@targaryenphobic oh yeah EU is just a bunch of pssies but then again theyre an economical union unlike NATO and US is practically a superpower. I hope trump doesnt start shit with his last remaining allies in EU, esp given britain jumped into 2 world wars for its european allies even tho UK wasn't directly attacked. I also fear him annexing greenland is his way of getting into canada next.
