The FOMO I am feeling right now is crazy. I’m sitting in a restaurant as everyone else in jazz band is with their friends or at the arcade but I’m just sitting here listening to Taylor Swift and feeling sorry for myself as I slowly realize that I have a lot of friends but I’m not really close to them and that I’m mourning the fact I actually have nobody who REALLY knows me. And what makes it worse is that my ex is in the jazz band so we just ignore each other

@urfavharrington_ ACT 1 SCENE 1 CHARACTERS: ANALISE NARRATOR/FATHER TIME The curtains open to a dark stage, the sound of creaking wood and howling winds fill the auditorium. If applicable, have fans blowing on the audience. A figure appears on the stage and suddenly, a spotlight is shone on her–only her. She looks confused, scared even, as she looks around calling out the names of her friends. ANALISE: (worriedly) Hermione? Alex? Reggie? Come on guys, this isn’t funny! Where are you? ANALISE frantically looks around as tears run down her face. She runs around the stage with the spotlight following her before she sees something to her right and freezes in a silent scream NARRATOR suddenly enters the stage and a second spotlight follows him as he walks to a podium on the side of the stage–fiddling with a pocket watch NARRATOR: Apologies my friends, you were not meant to see that until much later. Let’s rewind, shall we? NARRATOR rewinds his pocket watch and ANALISE begins to rewind her steps–silently calling out for her friends until the stage goes dark and she runs off. The curtains close and NARRATOR stops fiddling with his watch. NARRATOR: Much better, now that we have reset to the proper moment where this story begins I will leave you, my friends.
