Let's just keep this simple. My name is Shawn, born and raised in Hubbard, Ohio. I am seventeen years old, and have been a Type One Diabetic for sixteen of those years. 

Country music is important to me; I have been raised on it. Toby Keith, Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, The Band Perry, Garth Brooks and Brooke Hyland are specifically my favorite music artists. I also write my own songs, which is one way I express my feelings.

TV shows/movies are another great way to escape from life for a few hours at a time. TV shows that are favorites of mine are "Dance Moms," "NCIS," "Sons of Anarchy," "Reba" and "Friends." My favorite movies would be "Frozen," "Cannonball Run," "300," "The Wizard of Oz," "Les Miserables" and "Steel Magnolias." 

My education career is half dull, half exciting. From K-10th grade, I attended Hubbard Public Schools. For the last two years of high school, I will be attending the Trumbull Career and Technical Center where I am in the Teaching Academy/Career Paths for the Teaching Profession. Class of 2016!

I found the Lord in May of 2012 when I started attending Bethel Friends Church in Poland, Ohio with my Aunt Elaine. 

My three main career goals in life are to become a high school English/History teacher, to become a published author, and (because it's the family business) to become a cat breeder, selling Burmese and Tonkinese breeds.
