A disturbance on the other side of town. That’s what they had told Cosmo before sending him to check it out, normally it would be handled by someone else ( namely one of the many super heroes that were on call ) but Cosmo was close by and he could easily handle whatever threat he was faced with .. after all who’d expect a dog to have superpowers.
Nose running across the concrete floor before stopping and looking up. It seemed someone else had beaten him here.
“ ah , Cosmo sees you’ve taken care of bad guys by yourself “ he spoke, yet his mouth didn’t move as he made his way over to the stranger, spacesuit rustling as he did so “ you must be very strong to take on so many “ he added looking around before taking a seat on the ground , tail wagging slightly.

@SovietSpaceDog- charlie had been perhaps a little too excited when she picked up on the commotion. of course, it was awful that bad guys were on the loose, but her boring day finally had some excitement! a few punches and more hits than she'd like to admit later, she had successfully captured the bad guys. she webbed them up and left them dangling from a lamppost. she had just been admiring her work when she heard the voice – the voice that took her a minute to find the source of. when she realized it came from this adorable dog, she gasped loudly. very loudly. and despite her mask, you could practically see the grin on her face. "NO WAY! you can talk?" she dropped to her knees to be closer to the dog's height. "ohmygosh – this is the best day of my life!"
