Shadow just goes into animal crossing with a whole plan and map for how he want his island to look like. Sonic, on the other hand, it’s his first time playing, and he’s just vibing. His island is more messier/unorganized, but Shadow is giving him tips and pointers on things.

Shadow would follow the aesthetics and make his town so beautiful and perfect with everything balanced and properly placed, meanwhile Sonic’s town would just be basic and have the essentials x^D

They frequently visit each other’s islands and mess around together. (Also just cause Blue recently proposed to her gf over ac) Shadow would definitely propose to Sonic over animal crossing too,,
