@spikycupcake123 at the moment I’m coping without one because I believe I never need one, my strategy is I usually play a game I like to take pain off my head, but of course, I probably have different medical conditions than you, so it might not work, but for people like me, what I do is I play a game I like, try to speak with friends that I trust, go on trips to clear my head, and play with toys in my bedroom, even though I’m 14, I still play with toys, because it’s a strategy I use. Try to calm down, meditate, and use mental health apps to your advantage (Try Youper). That’s all I can suggest if it helps
