The Short Story of Shaowang is a fantastic story! In the last 4 months, I have been abandoning stories midway and i was getting worried that i might not find a good story and my one-year subscription would be wasted. Then I came across this ABO novel, and I was soooo very happy. This book and Mr Rong's Lovelorn Diary have the best ABO stories i have come across. Read here, it is well worth it

Been reading Mr Rong's Lovelorn Diary (almost done), and I LOVE IT!!!! I'm forgoing sleeping & skipping on working on my dissertation (I am so going to pay dearly for this) just to finish this lovely story. Still got about 20 chapters to go. 
          
          It's not as voluminous as Chai Jidan's novels (I don't know how she writes those 300+ chaptered books), but it is really longer than the books I have been reading lately. These days, I tend to avoid books with more than 50 chapters  - because I've found that's usually made up of 30 chapters of unnecessary suspension  that bores me to death. Thus, I  abandon the books halfway and go look for other shorter titles. 
          
          Rong's Lovelorn Diary captured me that I didn't mind the 84 chapters. Considering how little NSFW scenes it has (I love my smuts!!!), for me to like this story this much, you know the writer knows her onion. SHE IS GOOD - I think it is a she; my apologies if it's not. Anyway, once I'm done, I will go look up other titles by the author. Hopefully, they are even better than MRLD!
          
          If I have to rate MRLD, I'd give it a 4.5/5.

I just finished City Of Endless Rain. 
          
          I love that it didn’t have many chapters, 10 + 1 epilogue. However, the storyline could have been better distributed- almost 9 chapters was devoted to the MC being an annoying, whinny cünt. And then a chapter plus change in resolution. As a result, I spent most of the time being irritated - only to really get into the story at the end. 
          
          If I’d rate it: 2.5 stars for chapters 1-8 and 4.5 stars for chapters 9-10 plus epilogue.
