I’m sorry this happened to you I know many translator had their stories reposting their translation too... I don’t understand why they have to put the translator at risk when we should appreciate them for taking the time from their daily lives to translate for us reader to read knovels.. I hope you’ll find the reposter and we can help report it from it being posted on the media... thank you so much for the time and effort you’ve put into this!
It's look like there are reposter here in my wattpad. You guys know right that there's K-hunt right now? Why I must bother myself to disguised my translation with another cover and another title too if IN THE END there's someone who post my translation OR give my link to another site? If so, then I didn't see any hope in this.
i have this conspiracy theory that authors/editors who don't have the money or time to take legal action against translators will repost a translation on websites where they can easily take it down, eg Instagram, or MTL 20 chapters and dump it in an attempt to wear translators down lol.
also... i use novelupdates and followed this account, does anyone know the name of the novel that was being translated on here? It just shows "0 works", so I have no idea which novelupdates page to follow, or which webpage I need to look up to MTL it for myself.
I'm really sorry this happened to you (⌣́_⌣̀) I wish reposters would stop and think about how much time and effort the real translators are putting into the stories, and how much they're putting them at risk by reposting...
...Why is it so difficult to just read, why do they need to do something unnecessary. It's sad, so many novels have already stopped translating, I hope someday there will be less hunting. Anyway thanks for your hard work
