HEYYY i think its leon speaking to his mother in his head, to my guess he loves his mother but he sees what she has done (the suicide) was kind of a betray against him because she left him all alone, thats also why he tries to shame y/n for her attempt, he sees this as an easy way out. And later we learn that he wants to kill our dad, he blames y/n for the loss of his family, not exactly her but he has the grudge. He seeks revenge but he starts to see y/n as a human more then a pawn to apply his plan. Thats why he is angry and confused. He says that he's doing this for somebody special, its his mother, he is trying to get the revenge of his mother. I dont remember the exact details, its been a month since i read this but my guess was kinda like that
