Girl I feel ya. Happens to me every damn time. I cry sm every time I have my period too. Fucking sucks. Anyways try using a hot watter bag/heating pad on your lower abdomen and have lots of chocolate. Drink warm fluids and try not to have a lot of spicy stuff. Lie down and watch youtube or netflix. Hope this helps <3

Hello y’all, my cat died bc of cancer. And I’m feel like sh*t he was my only friend/soulmate. 
          
          I don’t really have any friends.. I love to be alone. But my cat made me happy and I tried to actually enjoy life. But all good things must come to an end. Sh*t happens. 2020 sucks that’s the only thing i learned this year.

Death of a beloved pet or person can really affect us. Stay strong♥️ I know it sucks but it won’t suck forever I promise.
