feel free to disagree but i feel like the majority of fanfiction is catered towards white people. it’s especially difficult for me to read something (an x reader story) when the description of the reader is plainly stated, like a certain nose shape, jawline, hair color, eye color…
along with oc face claims, it’s alright if you have a specific vision in mind, but why do they always have to be white and blonde or white and brunette.
i just don’t think there’s enough representation for poc or interracial relationships when it comes to media.

@reidsfavoritegirl im a white person, but i totally agree. if its an x reader story, its supposed to be open-ended to match...the reader- like i dont understand when people dont get that and then get pressed?? im always trying to look for how to be better and improve my writing to be more inclusive, like reducing the use of the term "blushing" or something like that. it may not seem like it, but some of us are trying to do better lmfao <3

i don’t know if you guys are harry styles fans and i don’t know if you even like him or his music. but as a creator with a platform, this needs to be spread. i don’t care who you support but saying things like “americans get shot up in schools everyday (deserved) so you should worry about that lmao” is absolutely appalling.
no matter what your beliefs are or what/who you support, nobody should ever say children should be shot and killed in a place that is supposed to be safe. very recently, 19 elementary aged children went to school and never returned. their lives were robbed from them, this is absolutely nothing to joke about. i don’t care how jealous you are that the US gets more tours, that is not a reason to go around saying things like that, there is no reason to say things like that. i am truly disgusted.
