mobius had been watching loki all week . something about the god seemed... off . no threats of violence , no fancy wordplays ... he was growing more and more concerned everyday , and he suspected it had something to do with sylvie . so , when they were going through files one day , mobius decided they needed to talk . " loki ? " he said , trying to get the god's attention . " why don't we go somewhere different . a change of scene might be nice . " he took out his tempad and handed it to the other , gesturing for loki to choose a location .

The cheese factory was wildin. Naturally, it smelled like cheese, and somehow Steven and Loki had found themselves standing in the middle of it. What were they doing? Staring. The contest was unspoken of but both knew it was happening. The question was, who would win ? Steven could do this all day, but could Loki?

" and they were , on a hunt for a variant . though , mobius wouldn't call it much of a /hunt/ , as the snow was so thick and blinding as it fell that he could barely even see loki next to him .
