does anyone have any tips on how to stop scrolling ig reels/tiktok CONSTANTLY and no i cant delete the apps bc tiktok will shadowban me and i have friends on ig... so like HOW do you stop relying on that instant stimulus??? help a girl out i have stuff to write and things to read

Guys I’m not gonna lie Vinnie Hacker’s performance at the Sweat tour (yes that one minute lap dance on the chair) has had me in a CHOKEHOLD since october and it gave me such bad LA fever I applied for an exchange in SoCal for next year  
          
          Anyway finals are kicking my butt rn but I’m dropping my course load next semester so I will hopefully have more time to write. In the meantime, I’ll try to edit and post a bonus chapter of MUF tomorrow, but no promises! (i js think it’s really cute and i want to share it)

Guys I thought I should put out a PSA that I fancast Whitney Peak as the protagonist of Daughter of Shadows BEFORE I found out she's Sabrina Carpenter's bestie. That just makes her more iconic but it didn't influence my decision. Anyway, have a good night :)
