If I want to suggest their first meetup just a suggestion if you wanna make it the way I suggest then it's good otherwise if you already think then it's also good just a suggestion 
          Their first meetup could be shown like this:
          Pond goes to the hospital for his weekly checkup but suddenly panics because of his condition. Phuwin calms him down gently, and Pond stops panicking after listening to him. Joong and Dunk are surprised to see their brother being comforted by someone else and actually listening. Later, they meet Phuwin and ask for his introduction, but he says he’s already handling a case and is getting late. Afterward, when Phuwin meets Pond again, he realizes that Pond is actually the patient he’s supposed to handle. Slowly, with his sweet actions and care, Phuwin starts making a place in Pond’s heart.
