I fell like disappearing from my life for like two day to get all this frustration out

I know that this doesn't belong here but I have no where else to say this so here goes and I have to get it off my chest 
          If you every had the felling of being so frustrated that you what to scream at every one "ok that it I am done I can't take it any more I am done. I don't care people I am not stupid I know what I am doing I am not a child I am 19" but you can't say it and it keeps bugging you 
          Will that what I fell like right at this every second I all I can think is the famous line form hamet"....... But I hold my tunge 

Life goes on 
          and sometime your stuck in the same rut with on way out

I just want to stay in bed

I am having one of those days that I dont want to do anything

I cant believe I am doing this but I am so
          though of  the day "some days we have a hole list to complete and some  days we have one thing to do NOTHING"
