@drgsklled “ so ? you think i’m any better on that aspect ? ” peter cringed , running a hand through his own locks . which were now starting to pepper with greys , especially around both sides of his head . “ i think you’ll look fine anyways . ”

@agntklls “ couldn’t sleep . might as well do something else . ”
@agntklls “ i’m fine . throat’s still killing me , but — besides that . i’d say i’m pretty fine . ” placing a hand up to his throat , peter cleared it . stretching his sore muscles as said fbi agent stared the other . “ you can come in . wouldn’t want someone seeing a sleeping woman on my doorway . ”
@agntklls peter’s eyes followed , as he struggled not to pull out a yawn . those vibrant blues looked just as exhausted . both parties could use some serious sleep it seemed . “ i’m fine with sleeping on the couch if that’s what you prefer . ”
@agntklls “ alright . guess i’ll stay , only because you could use the sleep . as could i . ”
@agntklls quickly as one possibly could , peter fixed himself up . getting everything that was needed , including loading his gun just in case . “ you and me both . ” he’d grunt , sitting up finally . grabbing his jacket to place it on himself . “ definitely giving myself a cigarette break after this one . you’ll find me in the alley back of this building . ” he sighed , trudging through the door despite feeling exhaustion creep into his bones .
@agntklls inhaling a deep intake of air , peter allows himself one more calm breath . he knows something is awry , and doesn’t give much surprises when given an answer straight from the other’s lips . it caused said special agent another sigh from escaping his lips . “ fuck . alright , guess we better get going . right ? ” he swallowed thick , already knowing to contact perez as well . not like he’d be going anywhere else if not for with her . they were all a team , they had to work together .
@agntklls rubbing at his temple , peter sighed . body aching for a cigarette right now but couldn’t put his body to rest , not even for just a second . it’s not like they had seconds anyways . “ whoever it is . they clearly have assess to these offices . maybe that’s how we’ll capture them . figure out on who it is . ” he replied in a stern tone , clear intention in his voice .
