This is a rant targeting my job location’s staff without them knowing. Don’t know why I’m here saying this tbh. Or why I’m announcing it to you all. Life is stressful. I hate my job. I just can’t work there and it’s been 2 days. Most people are asses. My managers keep adding stuff to my responsibilities. I’m being worked as a full time worker (in terms of hours) but am legally positioned as a part timer. The store is so large I can’t. I’m too overwhelmed and I just can’t. thinking of getting days off and shorter hours but they’re already very understaffed to where I really doubt my wishes will be fulfilled (I’ve only done 2 days where I work.) I wanna be fired. I wanna quit. But they’re so understaffed that they’re letting a coworker (same department) who does nothing, still work. I just… I need something else. I can’t, I think I will definitely be putting my notice in within the next few weeks.
