I found out we had the same name

i’m looking for a book
          in which: about rejection and werewolves, the main girl is abused in her pack, she hets rejected and leaves (by jumping out a window, if i remember correctly) and she comes into another pack’s territory. she has gotten a second chance mate which also rejects her, and she is put in cell too. her second chance mate already has someone, but she can see how much the main girl is hurting and she even later finds her mate and leaves him. more i do not remember...
