I loved reading the unwritten King! I can relate so much to Nicholas and you author have done such a good job fleshing out the characters that I started to imagine conversations before they even happened. Can’t wait for the next update!

          in related news, new profile photo just dropped, and i want to talk about it a little, because i think it's a sweet story:
          
          i've had the same pfp for nearly a decade. the old image was something i randomly found on pinterest one day in high school (maybe even middle school), and it just stuck. of course, i was just writing on here for shits n giggles at the time and didn't think anything of using the photo, but when this ~author~ business started getting serious this year, i knew it wouldn't be right to use someone else's image for my brand (it still feels crazy to think that i have a 'brand' at all, omg). that's the main reason it's taken me so long to make an IG to begin with. i still wanted the image to be recognizeable to my long-time readers, though, and i got attached to the idea of having it made by the OG artist. after some reverse image searching and internet digging, i was able to find her on Facebook and commission her for a new pfp. 
          
          Mumu Designs is a black, female, UK-based artist. she was wonderful to work with, and i couldn't be happier with how the image came out. it's absolutely beautiful and so, SO me. getting her official design now that we've both improved as artists has been such a lovely full-circle moment. it really put into persepctive how crazy all of this is. check her out, and always remember to credit your artists!
