Spreading lies and half-truths. 

My first novel is completed! It's a Victorian coming-of-age story and was inspired by information I discovered during family history detective work. The story has haunted me for about fifteen years and after several false starts, I've finally finished it. 

Guilt has driven me, mostly, to complete this project. My ancestor did a terrible thing and I'm trying to put it right in the only way I can...making up stories.

I'm very new to Wattpad and I'm hoping to engage with readers and gain valuable feedback. 

I'm a Brit so some spellings might be unfamiliar if you're from across the pond, such as colour/color, favour/favor.  They're not mistakes, just how we do it over here :-)
