Why is Texas so hard on people that make one mistake but don't give second chances. They wonder why people keep going back to their old ways because Texas can't forget that one mistake and they there going to stay bad and not change. Can't they forgive a felon that has done everything to change but no one wants to hire them because of that mistake.
