Thanks for following me. We drove through the peak district a couple of winters ago. My husband was surprised to discover it was called the peak district because he had always thought it was the peat district. :) Lovely part of the world from what we could see through the blizzard.

@jlsimpsonauthor That's funny! 'Peat District' might be a more appropriate name, since there aren't many proper peaks. But you should visit again when the weather's better. :)
