On this dark and cold December evening may I point you in the direction of a piece of flash fiction I just posted? It is called All About That Blade and weighs in at around ~5,000 words so it'd be cool to get some eyes on it. Hi there! How's it going? Just an update to let you know that, crazily (!), I took first place in the 30 Days of Spooky Tales contest that @adultfiction, @ChickLit, @MicroBytes and @Paranormal ran in the lead up to Halloween. At best, I thought I might qualify for a "dishonourable mention" so it really is a big surprise to come out on top.
