Ok so I’ve been trying shifting out a lot recently like basically every night for the last month and I’ve been getting close I.e. tingly fingers and dissociation in like 10 mins of doing it but I ring it really hard to end up in my Dr ??? I don’t know how to explain it like I’ll get super close to it like visualisation and seeing white lights or feeling like I’m there but when I open my eyes I’m not or I can’t quite get myself there ? If anyone has tips please let me know !!! I’ve been scripting a lot so idk what else to do so if anyone has tips pls lmk xx
