Dying is the process of your soul/spirit/personality/'you' separating from your physical body. You have lived in your body your whole life, so it's hard to let go of it. But, you are not your body. You just have lived in it. The dying process goes in an order to some extent and it's important that as we die, we embrace those steps and allow this natural process to happen.
