I’ve decided not to support hadestown anymore and I think more people should join me.
          
          Hadestown recently casted a maga republican as Hades, Geno Segers is anti trans rights and pronouns. After backlash he has been removed from the show which is of course a good thing.
          
          BUT
          
          In March they casted a woman beater Gary Dourdan as Hades and they ignored the backlash from fans. He is a CONVICTED dv offender, this isn’t speculation. And Gary Dourdan had his run for nearly SIX MONTHS.
          
          So Hadestown has no issue having a man who BROKE A WOMAN’S NOSE and changed with battery but will bend to public scrutiny over a controversial commentator????
          
          It’s just disgusting that both of these men have been put in the position to have fame and work with young women. And I truly believe that Hadestown doesn’t care about their fans, they only care about money, so they will listen to the loud voices and let Gary Dourdan’s victim what him play a character who abuses women and know that it’s more reality than fiction.
          
          I’m disgusted in hadestown

@Smththtwlllst it’s been all over the place with how I’ve been watching it. So far I’ve watched all of Cloudward Ho, all of FHF and FHS and I’m starting A Crown of Candy.
            
            I have heard that Unsleeping City is one of the best before! So I’ll probably check that out next
