Hey.

After thinking a lot about it, I’ve decided to focus on finishing Iron and Ivory first — there are only 5–6 chapters left, and I want to complete it properly.

As for Shadows of Steel, I’m reconsidering the direction of that story. Instead of continuing it as planned, I’m leaning toward strengthening and refining the ending of Steel Hearts so that Tahlia’s story truly feels complete there.

That feels more honest than forcing another 60 chapters I’m not fully sure about.

Nothing dramatic — just me choosing the direction that feels right creatively.

Thank you for sticking with me while I figure things out.

Hi everyone,

I’m putting my stories here on pause for now. I’ve been really tired all year, and after some health checks I know that’s the reason behind it. If you’ve followed me, you’ve seen how long it’s been between updates. I kept pushing myself to write more than I should, and then fell back again.

This pause is for the best. I need to focus on my health and get my energy back before I can continue. When inspiration hits, I’ve written the occasional Arcane one-shot, and for now I’ll post those on AO3 under the same username as here.

I hope to come back and finish these stories when I can. Thank you for reading and supporting me — it really means a lot.

So… I’ve officially entered my Editing Era.
Steel Hearts is now joining Iron and Ivory in the editing process — because apparently, I thought juggling several stories at once was a great idea. Same stories at their core, just sharper, stronger, and (with any luck) less 3 a.m. cringe.

I know Shadows of Steel has been a bit stuck, but the next chapter is still in the works — I haven’t forgotten it.

And yes… Chapter 36 of Darkened Sparks is very late. It’s also in editing and will be out soon-ish. Appreciate you all more than I let on.

I’ve got a few projects running, but I’m starting to feel the itch to explore something new alongside my Arcane fics (don’t worry—ongoing stories will absolutely continue!).

I’ve been toying with the idea of writing a Fourth Wing fic—has anyone here fallen into that fandom too? Or is there another fandom you want me to explore?

Hey — just a quick note.
I’ve decided to take Shattered Bridges down for now. It’s a story that meant a lot to me when I started it, but sometimes we outgrow the things we write — or they stop feeling right to share.

Thank you to everyone who gave it a chance. I’m not sure if or when I’ll return to this one, but I appreciate your support more than I can say.

Hi, lovely readers! Just a heads-up that I’ll be posting two new chapters of Iron and Ivory this Sunday! I’m so excited to share more of Riven’s journey with you and can’t wait to hear your thoughts. Thank you all for your support—it means so much!
