@strbrsweet beside the evidence you pointed yourself, there are obvious ai like odd covers or book titles like "beneath the dirt and soil," like you get the vibe - it technically feels like cover or title but something is off. for me the whole ai-texts read off. like I cannot explain it but my brain reads it and just knows it's not natural or I am delulu or in psychosis. like I understand that this person probably wasn't a hater (though I imagine that in the near future people that have no reason to hate but just hate, will use ai as an argument against creators), just frustrated reader that wanted something real. yet - respectfully - if their proof for ai is that 'ai told them,' please, do not make me laugh. like writing and posting and building small community around your work is already hard, and nowadays where ai is everywhere else, they try to enforce those accusation on the small creators. it triggers me so badly, with the context that I saw books titled 'borrowed time' updated with 64 parts and 500k words in two days where characters are no more than paper-flat and the note is 'I've been writing it quietly for last two weeks and have 27 books more in my drafts' on top of the rankings here with hundreds k of views and votes it ruins my day honestly, so I am upset for you, bby. because one can easily see how much effort you put into your stories - just for someone to pick-up one paragraph, put it in ai detector, and write to you, ai told blahblahblah

@666biteme haha that actually made me cackle out loud. To me it is so obvious when a fic is written by ai for these reasons: 1. the plot twists never make sense or are very cringe. 2. the dialogues rarely have any unique voices for each individual character (which is why it is easy to assume someone used ai if you only read the FIRST chapter where the characters are not fully established yet) 3. the story never has any clear direction and any kind of foreshadowing for the long term is literally unexistent (I doubt ai can think like 40 chapters ahead for an underlying plotline) 4. ai fics are famously self indulgent, aka in an ai fic Regulus would kiss Elowen in chapter 1.   5. and lastly, i doubt that ai has any true sense for slow burn. like my fic currently has 230k words and regulus and elowen STILL aren't together, but this is done subtly, in a way that there is still some progress happening. and of course, as you mentioned, my smut is obviously tailored to the characters and their current feelings and how it would affect the story in a greater sense. I am pretty sure you cannot write smut in chatgpt, but if there were engines that can do that, I imagine my smut would be grossly pornographic with zero artistic value. So yeah, that's that. Thank you for reading my rambling, I genuinely had a panic attack when I first got the comment until I realised that I don't need to prove shit. @strbrsweet no!! that's no at all what I meant!!! :(  I was laughing because I recently remembered I had a moth phase in my own regulus black ff (but mine was was huge asf) and was like 'another one'. I am serious when I say it is not a plagiarism and it does not bother me at all [I do not own moths]
