Okay, I get that people may not read this, but to everyone who's doing their exams right now (I'm mainly addressing 15-16 year olds in the UK, sorry), good luck and focus. Eleven years of your lives have been spent preparing you for this. No matter how much you think that you aren't prepared, you are more ready than you know. I went into my biology exam today feeling like a nervous wreck. I managed to answer every question without hesitation. I was more ready than I thought, so you will all be more ready than you thought. 
          
          The best thing you can do for yourself right now is revise and relax. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't, because you have been trained for this for the majority of your lives. 
          
          As motivation, I suggest coming up with a Leavers' Day plan. Have a drink, pamper yourself, go somewhere. You deserve it, and it will motivate you more than you know. 
          
          My final note. If you suffer with anxiety, depression or other mental health issues, I suggest making yourself a HOPE kit. Your HOPE kit should contain sensory items that will calm you down. I carry lip balm, crystals, incense and pipe cleaners (these are great for anxiety) on me at all times, so I suggest you make up a HOPE kit too.
