I’ve been disconnected from Wattpad basically since the start of the year. I apologize to all the books that I’ve started reading and gone quiet on.
           Also, this has been my least active year for the ONC and I somehow landed a round one winner spot. I took both of the competing books down because I wasn’t happy with them. 
          On a different note, I started a garden…and the theme for this years ONC was about gardens! The one thing I’m learning is… patience is very important. And that, I still don’t have it. Lol.

I’ve got a lot of catching up to do. 
          The week I was most energetic and was supposed to learn my first variation, we get snowed in. The week I’m dead inside, I learned my first variation. 
          
          “It’s got a lot of leaps and turns and a few extensions, but it’s still beginner friendly.” She says. 
          
          Anyways, ONC season is here and I read through the first ten and marked down at least six. Let’s see if I can sit still long enough to jot something down. (20 minutes before class.)

It feels wrong to learn about a loss in the family and still go to class. It hit me hard afterwards. 

I’m a step closer to getting out of my little woozy, adhd spell. It’s like an endless sugar rush. I think it’s because I went to my first mini audition where we got feedback, and that took a lot of preparation. 
          
          That leads me to wonder: how much is too much?
          
          I’ve never been one to say no to myself. And then the ONC released this year’s edition—I’m not going to lie, I felt dread for the first time. 
          
          I think this year will come down to prompts. I have the genre and theme I want to work around, but, fingers crossed.

My…I don’t even have words. Some books hit you, and some, beautifully haunt you. This book poured every emotion into me while yanking it right back out. It made want to put the words on a screen and watch things unfold over and over again. What a book to start the New Years off with! To say I loved it is simply not enough.❤️

          I apologize for all the unnecessary notifications you got from me this month. I published samples of the books I want to work on from now until they’re finished. I’m not publishing anything else until the ONC starts, if I join.
          
          My focus has always been rough, but I think doing ballet has made it worse, because I hate sitting still even more now. Idk how people do it, but I wish I could get back into the habit of writing. I at least strung together a few sentences this month for the samples posted. 
          
          Anyways, as long as the story is on my page, I’m working on it.
