hi guys. I’m so sorry to have disappointed y’all. I know I kept saying that I would update but I haven’t been able to keep my word, and I sincerely apologise for that. 
          
          I’ve realised again that Devoid’s plot line and especially my characterisations are inconsistent. I’m not able to write properly because of the inconsistencies that I keep running into. I want to give you guys the best of my work, and so I’ve decided to reanalyse Devoid’s plotline again. I know I’m late, very late, but I still want to show the story that I’ve been developing for more than a year and that takes up my headspace 24/7. 
          
          Thank you guys so much for your support. I know this message sounds so glum and disappointing, but I assure that I am not abandoning my work. I have every intention to finish this story. But I want to thank you guys for supporting me even when I didn’t post properly. I appreciate the support so, so much. The reads/views may not look or seem much, but to me it makes me so happy. I want to do the same for my books. I want to give quality work. 
          
          Devoid will be unpublished. I want to work on it and publish it when I have more chapters to share. Hopefully I am able to post other side stories and AUs of mine on the side. I will work my hardest every day to get back on track and publish my story again.

hi guys. my writer’s block is pretty bad at the moment and I’m not able to think at all. I’m quite busy with handling school stuff rn, so that’s probably why my brain is just not working. Devoid’s current plot line is disappointing me again, so I might be making some changes to chapters here and there. But that’ll be after I can continue writing chapter 10. I am so sorry for such a long delay.

DEVOID UPDATE! Chapter 10 is almost finished, and it is definitely my favourite chapter so far. That doesn't mean I don't love Chapter 9 because, honestly, I really really do.

oh my god I just realised my last update was Jun 17…it’s Oct 21…guys I am so sorry IM SO SORRY I DONT REALLY FOLLOW A SCHEDULE but now I do. yes. 
          
          after my exams, I swear writing will be a lot easier since I’ll actually be free then. rn, I write Devoid whenever I take my breaks but ofc, I want to give the best quality of my writing so I’m kind of always rewriting and editing. 
          
          Chapter 6 has already been sketched out so once I finish rewriting till 5, I hope I can quickly (but still with good quality) write 6 and then post! when that will be…I don’t know. Today, I’m taking things slightly slower with studying so maybe I’ll do more writing today. And then hopefully my writings before sleeping will speed up things AND THEN I CAN POST THE BETTER VERSION OF DEVOID! 
          
          I’m still so sorry omfg BUT I’m really passionate about Devoid so, I will finish it tbh. I really love it a lot so I really do plan on finishing it and posting it unlike *cough* those others in my drafts. BUT THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YALLS’ UNDERSTANDING I REALLY APPRECIATE THE PATIENCE

hi guys, I deeply apologise for the lack of updates. Devoid is not very well written, and I’m also in the year of my major exams that may or may not decide basically the rest of my life T-T so, after careful consideration, I’ve decided to redo the book. Good thing I’m only 5 chapters in, and most of the things will still stay. I just need to be more consistent with uploading and writing, because I don’t want to keep everyone hanging. I will keep the current book up, but at one point I will replace it with the new chapters. I’ve already rewritten 2 chapters! Hopefully I’ll be able to do the rest as quickly. Thank you for understanding, and I am so sorry! 
          
          Plus, I am also in the middle of writing Canonverse and Movieverse MUWAHSJAHHAHA

Devoid’s writing has been greatly frustrating me. I think I may decide to redo the entire book, so that the writing is more consistent and neat. I’m sorry(T-T)
