Yeah I'm not dead.
Yet.
So a weird life update. So I was making my mom watch all the Marvel Movies :)). And yesterday's movie was Avengers: Endgame :')
So both me and my mum started watching it and after finishing it, my breathing was irregular, my eyes were puffy and my heart was broken once again. Did I mention the trauma I had to go through again. Ughhh it was too much.
Then when I went to bed. I got the weirdest dream about Olivia Rodrigo in a running mascara, wet rat hair and tattered clothes and she was running after me singing Happier.
I seriously think I'm not alright LMAO
I hope y'all are doing great and are in the best of health and don't get dumb dreams like I do :)

Does anyone else sometimes out of the blue have an anxiety attack? Or any another mental health issue attack?
How do y'all deal with it?

@stuttiii_ yes i do, i just have random anxiety attacks sometimes. I normally listen to music or if im in class i just step outside and have a drink with me till i calm down, also if i feel anxious i hug a pillow to feel like a person but if u do have a real person to hug, hug them, it helps. Hope this helps :)
