Asalamoalakum! You have a wonderful collection of muslim stories here. I can't seem to find one book. It was a story in which a mafia man marries this innocent girl. In the end her lungs stop working and she has to get a transplant. I searched for that story every where and I can't find it. If you or anyone knows about it so please tell me. I will be thankful.

Mashaallah The story line was great ,but to make it more spicy u could have made ur main characters fight a bit more before the accident , its my pov .
