@suckmytoes_ it's because they're racially ambiguous and seen as exotic. I'm sick of seeing the same thing too. In movies, if the girl is dark skin they cast Lupita, if she's light they cast Zendaya, and if she's brown they give it to Kerry Washington. We just can't have variety.
