Synopsis for “Against Us” By Sugarcoxted coming August 22nd:
          
          “Inez Aguilar is lost. She’s dating a guy who she’s on the rocks with lately, and her parents are forcing her to choose a career path she doesn't have any interest in. Inez tries to follow along as she desperately needs them to pay for her tuition. Transitioning into her senior year of college, Inez comes back home for the fall when trouble suddenly strikes her family, leaving her questioning if she’ll even make it through her senior year of college.
          
          Irene Laurent is the best criminal lawyer in the state of New York. Irene is someone who will hunt down justice if it's the last thing she does. As she takes up a new case, she finds out that this may be harder than she thought it would be. She starts to dig deeper until a door opens—She attends a gala, in hopes to get something out of there, but she ends up meeting the most hypnotic hazel eyes she’d ever laid eyes on. These hazel eyes could result in her losing the case, which is not in her vocabulary.

Hello lovelies, how are you doing? Good—I hope. To cut to the chase, I will be releasing the first chapter of my new story “Against Us” on August 22nd! 
          
          This is a story I’ve been working so hard on and I’m so exited to show the story of Inez and Irene! 
          
          Along with the announcement date, I want to say that I’ll have a release day for each new chapter. I’ll be releasing new chapters every Sunday. 
          
          And yes, chapterss, because as I’ve written this story I’ve come to realize that I just can’t release some chapters solo.
          
          So, some updates will consist of one or two chapters! (Just a heads up because I also did this with “A Movie of Our Own”.)
          
          Anyways, since this board reaches my wattpad audience (ilysm) I will post the synopsis of the story as a thank you for all of the support. 
          
          I’ll have to post the synopsis separately because that + this message exceeds the characters limit, but I hope you stick along for the ride! Much love, Sugarcoxted

Hello everyone, it’s Sugar here and I have news on “A Movie of Our Own.”
          
          So, to cut things short I will be releasing the last chapter of the story on April 30th. It’s so sad to think that this journey is ending with Charlotte and Brooke but I’ve loved every single second. 
          
          In this last part we will see Charlotte going to court with Ryde, and let me just say, it’s intense…I’m so excited for you guys to read it though!
          
          I still don’t know if I want to make a sequel, especially since next school year I will be busy, but if I end up deciding on a sequel I will update you all. But, for now there will be no sequel.
          
          Thank you all so much for the support on this story and I hope it reaches many others.

Hey everyone, I just published chapter 67 and 68 and I wanted to apologize for the small wait. I said I would publish them on Friday and Saturday, but I unexpectedly had a busy weekend. My sister was over from college and my friend had a birthday party, and although I already had the chapters written, like I do most, I just needed to edit them which takes a surprisingly long time. So, I'm so sorry I made you all wait, and I hope you guys enjoy where the story is going, I love you all lots and thank you for showing love for my story. I'll give a little spoiler because I feel bad for making you guys wait, but in chapter 69 there is an easter egg and in chapter 70 there is something you guys have waited for, the chapter itself is also pretty cute :). Yet again, my apologies for the late uploads.
