I was hurting and in pain... I have no one to tell, I felt ashamed of myself. I was wrong about telling someone how I feel because in the end it would be me who is hurting. It would be me, the one who hurt myself. I feel like my heart bloated right now and it was crushed in between heavy rocks and rocky road. It hurts like hell till it brought to pyhsical pain...constant headaches, gastrics and pills. non-stop highs and lows. It keeps me hanging. Red and Purple. Idfk how to feel anymore, at some point; i feel numb. I feel nothing except thoughts and ignorance.
Sorry I had to let it out– my thoughts are very unhealthy either for all of us.
