Hey! So at my grandparents house, there’s this dog on a leash and the owners wife is always in the hospital so they can’t take care of him. I just feel so sorry for him, it doesn’t bite but sometimes jumps on you in a playful manner. But he’s eat up with fleas and flies he all he does is whimper, I tried putting apple cider vinegar on him but that barely worked. We feed him today and it was A ton of food and he ate it in a second, so he’s likely not feed enough. 
          
          I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions to keep bugs off.
