I'm a Filipino who speaks a little Spanish and loves to travel. Been to both Italy and Spain once. And Ireland's one of my dream destinations. 
          So I wrote DANCE WITH MY FATHER and threw Siobhan McKenna (Terri's best bud, who's full-blooded Irish) into the mix. She's one of my favorite characters, in fact. 
          But it took me quite a while to realize that I went overboard with writing Siobhan's Irish accent. Now going over the entire manuscript to try to remedy that.

Hey guys, Chapter 23 is officially up after months of delay. I apologize. Writer's block and real life can be a pain in the you-know-where sometimes. Enjoy!

Stuck in a literary rut... yet again. And rereading my work has made me realize that I need to fix the exact timeline of DWMF--pop culture references that I mentioned since they seemed to fit right in have turned out to be a wee bit inconsistent. But as a friend of mine has told me, no need to rush anything.

Overhaul STILL ongoing... apologies for the slow updates...
          in fact I'm not that satisfied with my latest chapter... needs a few more tweaks here and there... but patience is a virtue....

Sorry, guys, Chapter 22 will have to wait...
          Minor overhaul in progress. Gave Chapter 17 the once-over just now--just minor sentence structure and dialogue changes, nothing major. Figured  the existing chapters need a few tweaks (with the timeline, for example...) before I update again. Don't know how long that will take though--my nephew's PC broke down a few weeks ago. The thing hasn't been fixed yet, and now the entire household is using my laptop instead. Only get to use it myself on weekends, sigh...

For everyone who's followed my story from the beginning, Chapter 22 is up and running. So sorry for the delay. 
          Working on the next few chapters as we speak and hoping that real life won't interfere too much this time...

          Might be able to post a new chapter or two within the next few weeks, now that all I'm waiting for is the result of that Bar exam...
